the hotel have a very good location. i could walk to many shops. the staff was helpful and breakfast was good. a market was near the hotel and it was worth visiting.
the room had a smell from the shower they couldn't fix. they did not replaced towels one day. the hotel feels a bit old.

the breakfast offered a great selection , with fresh fruit and assorted pastries available. the location proved convenient , very close to key attractions and public transport. i particularly appreciated the perfect cleanliness of the room. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any requests.
the gym equipment was slightly limited , but functional for a basic workout.

the hotel is in the heart of everything. the bell boy helped us immediately with the luggage. the lobby has a spacious lounge and bar. the room had a comfy bed, and the breakfast was good.
the sofa in the room had stains. there were also some food stains on the wall. the wi-fi was not working properly.

The metro station was right outside. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. plenty of restaurants were nearby.
The spa access was a letdown. it would have been nice if they told me i needed to book in advance. Now i know for next time. also, the coffee machines at breakfast were a mess. One was broken, and another didn't make proper milk foam. getting a decent cappuccino was like a mission.

the central location put me close to a metro station. many attractions were within easy walking distance! i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the shower room was among the best i have used.
wifi did not function . i could not use tv apps like netflix. the pool felt freezing despite being a spa pool.

the room was a good size for my stay of four nights. i had a balcony with a table and two chairs. the location is great for getting around (i used the metro).
the reception sometimes got busy and a queue formed (five or six people). the wifi did not work properly. netflix also was not working.
